Andersaint is a boutique building management company specialising in quality management and services for premium residential developments. Below is a summary of the traits we feel make us unique...
Dedication
We’re dedicated to becoming the #1 premium building management company in Auckland. Not the biggest - just the best. Passion fuels that dedication. Our team genuinely enjoy what they do and the people they assist.
Reliability
You need someone you can count on. You can trust us to do what they say, and do it well. From the little things - returning calls and responding to emails quickly, to larger issues you might be facing, our attention to detail will take the stress out of strata living and gives you peace of mind.
Advice
We’re solutions-focused and help to resolve issues with clear communication, practical knowledge, empathy, and frequently suggest creative solutions to complex problems.
We always have the best interests of the owners and residents in-mind. Maintaining the integrity and value of your building is paramount. We don’t have conflicts of interest so there are no hidden agendas with our advice.
Experience
Our combined skills span; building, quality control, project management, accounting, contract negotiation, Body Corporate liaison, remediation, repairs, upgrades, health & safety, liaison with developers and their sub-trades and notably also recruitment - ensuring we always have the best staff to service our clients.
Value
Unlike other Building Managers, we don't take a cut of the cleaners fee, so you get what you pay for. All costs for our contractors are transparent, billed direct to the BC and not marked up. We also have lower staff to building ratios meaning you get more hours with our service agreement. We are not afillliated with any other companies and all sub-contractors are independent. This means we source multiple quotes from potential suppliers and go with the best option for your building in consultation with the committee. This is something you might want to consider when reviewing a ‘one-stop-shop’ option as they can cost more in the long-run.
