We were appointed by the developer to manage Nuffield Residences which was completed in July 2019. We worked closely with them and Waide construction in the final phases of completion and settlement to get systems and suppliers in place, and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Nuffield is designed by legendary architect Neville Price who is acclaimed for timeless iconic sculptural buildings in both New Zealand and California.

Neville designed Nuffield to create a new landmark building. This cool green building will become a Newmarket icon. Mature trees growing in planter boxes, that are part of the building structure, add a strong connection to nature and the landscaped street below. Reaching up through balconies and terraces these trees give each residence the feeling of being in a garden but with spectacular views through the trees.
