Managed since April 2016,  when the complex was completed. Thompson Park is a large site with two 4-storey buildings with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments. This quality development features a 1200sqm lawn, pool and barbecue area.

We were able to work the developer in late 2015 to ensure a smooth handover and move in for the new residents. We then worked with the owners comittee and developer to implement a security system upgrade.

Completed in early 2017, Verto is a new building from developer Todd Property. Designed by Warren and Mahoney and constructed by Kalmar, Verto offers 60 high quality, beautifully designed 1 & 2 bedroom apartments.

We were able to work the developer in late 2016 to give advice on the final version of the Body corporate rules. This will ensure smooth running and a harmonious environment for owners and tenants alike.
