ANGELA JEPSEN - Business Development & Building Manager

Angela is the driving force behind improving and refining Andersaints business. Her passion for design, & architecture, coupled with operational skills, marketing and communications give her a unique and broad skillset to tap into.

Angela has set her sights on building a robust offering to enable Andersaint to deliver high standards of service to our clients.

An example of this is our RX (Resident Experience) Survey. It’s a way to gather feedback from all residents (tenants and owners), to share with the committee and find out what matters most to people. We use it to read the pulse of the building and focus our efforts in the right place.  We are the first and only building management company to conduct a survey of this kind.

On the tech side Angela has implemented more efficient ways of working by using the latest technologies available to streamline record keeping and procedures for the buildings we manage.

Angela also brings her experience as an owner-occupier in 2 Strata Title complexes (an apartment and terrace house) so she understands the nature of living in a shared environment. Having lived through a leaky building re-clad and 3 house renovations, Angela is well-versed in the practicalities of building, maintenance and design aesthetics. 

Angela was previously the chairperson of the residential society she resided in so has experience working with committees, understanding governance and the challenges faced by committees.
