We were recently appointed to take over the management of Ockhams Hypatia building. Hypatia was completed in March 2017, we have managed it since March 2018. The building features decorative Maori patterning on concrete spandrels around the building as well as Ockhams signature brick construction. There is a pool and spa on the ground level and an atrium. We love Ockhams use of low maintenance materials, and commitment to make Auckland’s urban built environment is as beautiful and world class as its natural landscape.
