One Wairua stands proudly on the corner of Wairua and Remuera roads.

We love the lighter colour palette on this building and the use of traditional villa finishes and materials to signal the old Remuera homesteads. The Building also enjoys enviable views and the very latest in technology.

Many of Wairua’s fifteen apartments draw their inspiration from the traditional villa, with a defined entrance lobby for greeting visitors and a hallway leading to an expansive living area. Bedrooms come off the hallway, as was the case with the classic villa.

On this project we work with the development team in the final transition from construction site to luxury residences, and dovetail our on-boarding process into their settlement plan.
