We have long admired this iconic building perched on the cliff-top above the Parnell Baths.

The owners of White Heron were looking for a higher level of service and on review moved their building management contract to Andersaint.

We have on-boarded this 13 year old site as if it were new and started from scratch, reviewing and building all necessary systems and record keeping to keep their affairs in order and their site well-maintained.
